PTFE

PTFE-coated bearings have a self-lubricating surface consisting of a layer of sintered PTFE applied directly to the metal base.

This makes them a product with an excellent compromise between mechanical strength and low friction coefficient, suitable for applications with medium loads in environments that are not particularly abrasive.

The materials used for the construction of the metal base are: Carbon Steel, AISI316L, F51, INCONEL 625, INCONEL 825, but other materials can also be used depending on the specific needs of the customer.
